As just announced at the General Meeting, the shift sign-up for the first 
block of shifts through June 27 is now open:

https://www.sphenix.bnl.gov/ShiftSignupRun1/

Please sign up! 
Keep in mind that the commitment is >>> Tuesday-Tuesday (overlap day) <<<  
PLUS  >>> the preceding Monday <<< (afternoon shift training, afternoon 
Collider User Training if first time user), that is for a total of NINE DAYS. 
 Please plan your travel accordingly.

Instructions:
- navigate to https://www.sphenix.bnl.gov/ShiftSignupRun1/
- select your institution
- select your name***
- click “Experiment Operations”
- select your desired shift by clicking the associated open circle
- click “Submit Signup for [your name]"
