I am sending this to all C-AD and Physics personnel so that I cover all my bases and connect with everyone that now goes out to Building 1008.  This can never happen again.  All three doors were found not just unsecured but in the open position.  Everyone is working so hard to make sPhenix successful.  We don’t want to hinder the progress by making it easy for someone or something to walk freely about the building.

DON’T RELY ON SOMEONE ELSE TO CLOSE AND LOCK THE DOOR.  YOU SEE A DOOR OPEN, CLOSE IT.

Thank you,
