Hi Cameron,

These plots look great. I have only one small comment - which is that you might consider giving the number of MB events rather than the AA luminosity.

For AA collisions, many people are more used to thinking in terms of # of events, and for this measurement we really will be recording them in minimum-bias mode, i.e. not triggering on a sampled luminosity. A number of events is easy for me to scale up in my head to the O(100B) we expect in Years 1-3, whereas I never quite have the target Year 1-3 integrated AA luminosity as readily available in my back pocket …

Subject: [Sphenix-l] Plot approval for Hard Probes
 
Dear collaborators,

I’m seeking approval for two plots to be shown outside of sPHENIX. Ideally, these would be shown at Hard Probes next week. The detail our reconstruction ability for D0 mesons in AuAu collisions. There is an attached set of slides detailing the samples and cuts used, along with a link to the full note here.

Please let me know of any comments or suggestions you have.
