We are seeing a huge amount of proposed abstracts for QM September (just 4 
months away!) - that is excellent! Please keep them coming!

We are of course in a delicate position, given the uncertainties in the exact 
start of data taking, the amount of data to be collected,  the difficulties 
in predicting what exactly we will have ready to present at QM etc etc. We 
ask everyone involved in the abstract preparation to submit the proposed 
abstracts by the end of this week, taking into account comments from the TG, 
sub-system conveners and collaborators. But we also expect a final round of 
“central” editing next week, to make sure we have a uniform way of describing 
some of the uncertainties mentioned above, while still conveying the 
excitement we all share.

We are also still discussing the exact procedure for submission, please stay 
tuned!
