Hello,

Please send an email to  C-ADTrainingGroup AT bnl.gov in advance before going to 
Bldg. 911 at BNL  for iris scan and getting
your sPHENIX access card.  This way, C-AD can put this in their calendar and 
be prepared 😊

Before requesting the iris scan and access card, please make sure that you've 
completed the following trainings (JTA = RC-42G) :

AD-CA_COLLIDER_EXAM Collider User Trg (if you've taken the initial training 
before)

GE-CYBERSEC Cyber Security

TQ-ODH  Oxygen Deficiency Hazard
 
TQ-SMF Static Magnetic Fields
 
AD-OPM-11.2.9   sPHENIX User Awareness Training

C-AD training staff would check for your training status before they'd 
authorize your obtaining the Access Card and Iris Scan.

If you don't get an authorization email from C-ADTrainingGroup AT bnl.gov 
(stating that you have fulfilled the necessary training requirements) and go
straight to the Access Control Group to try to get the Access Card,  the 
Access Control Group will refuse to give you the card/badge.   I have 
heard/seen 
this happen ☹
