Hello All,

With first collisions upcoming for sPHENIX, I cannot help but remember the excitement of first signals at RHIC in PHENIX.

The below was using the same Beam-Beam Counter now the MBD in sPHENIX.

Note that after a whole run, we celebrated the completion of the RHIC project without real collisions.

And shortly thereafter the world ended.
