Friends,

As you know, things are rapidly ramping up at 1008, following the first collisions in RHIC and at/near sPHENIX earlier this week, and yesterday's approval for routine operations. As of now, a lot of the most recent information is disseminated in the daily shift change meetings. In addition, as we transition to routine operations, shift related customs and communication channels are discussed at this meeting. While we want to keep the meetings quite streamlined, they might be of wider interest to the collaboration than just the current audience of experts and shift crews.
