sPHENIX is a new detector at RHIC.

Dear collaborators,

We strongly encourage everyone to participate in the plot and event 
display approval session today from 2-4:30pm ET as announced in an 
earlier email to this list:

At the same time - almost literally - ALD Haiyan Gao has scheduled an 
"NPP Social Hour" from 2:30-3:30pm ET:
> The NPP social hour will be held on Monday, June 12th, 2023. Bldg. 
> 510, in the courtyard, accessible through the small seminar room from 
> 2:30 – 3:30 pm. This time offers staff an opportunity to meet and talk 
> with colleagues in an informal setting. Snacks will be provided.
We've confirmed with the ALD that Users (and not just BNL staff) would 
be welcome to drop by the social hour and chat with people from the NPP 
Directorate.

And of course we have the 3:30pm ET shift change meeting - always a lot 
of important information to hear there.

Today's calendar is only the latest of the many scheduling challenges 
that sPHENIX has faced and overcome!
