If you are an undergraduate attending the CEU conference and presenting a poster 
or a talk at the undergraduate reserved track (track 16 or 17) the APS deadline  is early August 
and the sPHENIX deadline will be July 25. Undergraduate abstracts should be submitted by July 25 at

The  2023 Fall Meeting of the Division of Nuclear Physics of the American Physical Society and Physical Society of Japan  will be held in Maui, Hawaii Oct. 7 - Oct 12, 2023.
This is an “open” conference for sPHENIX, meaning anyone is free to submit an abstract after the review process by the Collaboration.

If you are planning to submit an abstract please enter the information in the google form by June 28 to give time to conveners/detector managers/ed board to review/approve the wording.
