The 2023 Annual RHIC & AGS Users' Meeting will be held August 1 – 4, at Brookhaven National Laboratory. The theme of this year’s meeting is “Celebrating new beginnings at RHIC and EIC”. The meeting plenary session will be held in person on August 3 and 4 and will include a poster session.

This is an “open” conference for sPHENIX, and we encourage everyone to submit a poster using the registration form at https://www.bnl.gov/rhicagsaum/postersession/
The poster session will be held in person on August 3 in the Berkner Hall Lobby.

If you received an invitation to speak at one of the workshops on August 1&2, please let me know if you haven’t already. We will schedule talk rehearsal the week of July 24.
