Friends,

A quick heads-up regarding further performance plot and event display approvals over the next weeks, following discussions with Dennis and Anne: We will have the next approval session this Friday in the General Meeting, with the approval part starting at ~1PM. Any plots approved at that time would be particularly useful for next week's DOE site visit. Please let us know if you plan to bring any new material forward this Friday.

The last opportunity to have new plots approved will be August 30th at our pre-QM meeting at BNL. After August 30, we will only work on cosmetic improvements to already approved plots, not new material. A detailed agenda for the approval and rehearsal sessions from August 30 to September 1 will follow shortly. Please note that as in the past a template for the sPHENIX posters will be provided.
