Thank you Itaru, I figured HCal LL1 primitive would have similar latency as
MBD, good to confirm!
This also helps us to understand the strobe and readout latency in MVTX.

Sorry that I didn't get back to you immediately after you've asked this
question in the shift change meeting. Somehow the HCal trigger appeared
to be similar to MBD trigger and thus we didn't have to change our
timing tune too drastically.
