The Spokespersons have requested an extension for poster submission and the QM23 organizers have agreed to extend the deadline move the deadline for sPHENIX ONLY posters to Saturday Sept 2, 6 pm Houston time and still be eligible for a flash talk .

I have uploaded to our QM23 internal indico page at https://indico.bnl.gov/event/19188/ a spreadsheet listing all the poster, who I asked to review each poster and the invenio link for each poster. Each poster presenter is expected to upload their own poster to the official QM23 website after getting an email that their poster has been approved for printing. The review process is ongoing, please respond to comments promptly so we can converge quickly.
