Hi Chris,
I received one of these. I applied for renewal of my user appointment in early September, my GR
number was issued on September 9, and I signed the user agreement acknowledgement form on September 19.
My email says:
o Your guest appointment with BNL is about to expire.
If you have already submitted a guest extension and have received a
GR number there is nothing you need to do at this time, your guest
appointment will automatically be extended and your account will
remain active.
If you have already submitted a guest extension and have received a
GR number there is nothing you need to do at this time, your guest
appointment will automatically be extended and your account will
remain active.
Under the circumstances, I think I will call the User Center to check that they have not fumbled the appointment extension.
Tony

Hi folks,
sdcc just got back to me. They ran the script which does these checks by
hand which is why the mails came at an unusual time (typically they go
out in the morning). But the messages are for real:
Those were real messages, had made some modification in the audit
program and was running it manually. Both John and I checked, those are
all valid users who guest appointment expires in 7 days
