Dear sPHENIX collaborators,

The collaboration meeting starts tomorrow at 9am ET in the Large Seminar Room (LSR) in Bldg. 510!

We currently have 95 registrants, with over 50 people planning to participate in person.

We'll have coffee and carbs on hand to properly fuel the exciting, important discussions that will take place over the next few days.  As mentioned at a recent general meeting, will be asking for $20 per attendee to support the cost of these fine refreshments.  BNL seems now to have a semi-functional cafeteria, so you should be able to get lunch during the collaboration meeting without having to forage: https://www.bnl.gov/staffservices/cafeteria.php
