Hello Gunther and Dave (cc sphenix-l),

It is definitely important to have collaboration meetings.    One potential issue is that we will be very early in the run in late May and likely still commissioning towards full physics data taking.    That means that people in 1008 would likely be unable to fully participate.     Potentially that is helped if the meeting were in July or early August?     Just one thought.

Please let us know in the next days if there is a major conflict with these dates (noting that the start of Run 2024 and various meetings in June essentially leave June 17-20 as the only alternative option before the summer).
