sPHENIX is a new detector at RHIC.

Dear sPHENIX Members,

Two new versions of the author list are now available. This version lists only the people who have qualified for regular authorship and will be on all sPHENIX papers for at least the next 2 years.

This version also includes the exceptional authors, who will only be on the first 3 physics papers.

Everybody: Please check
  1.) If you think you should be an author, are you on the list? If not, please notify your IB member.
  2.) Is your institution correct? If not, fill out a report here.
  3.) Is your name written EXACTLY as it should be in Latin characters (check spelling, multiple surnames, middle initials, accents, apostrophes, dashes, special characters, etc.). Remember: the Authorship Committee only knows what we have been told. And your boss may not even know how to spell your name correctly! If any changes are needed, fill out a report here.

Team Leaders: Please check
  1.) Does the list include everybody from your institution who you want to be an author? If not: submit a report here. For your reference, the Authorship Policy can be found here.
  2.) Does the list of regular authors include anybody from your institution who should not be an author? Remember that these people incur shift obligations! In this case, please email me.
  3.) Is your institution (name and address) written EXACTLY as it should be? If not, please email me.
