Dear Collaborators (in particular all the hard-working students and postdocs preparing performance plots for the AUM) -

Please note that all plots for which you are seeking approval should start from the plotting macro and sPHENIX style described at

https://github.com/sPHENIX-Collaboration/macros/tree/master/macros/sPHENIXStyle

It is exciting to see a lot of new material in the run-up to the AUM. As a consequence of the flood of new plots, we do not have time to repeat the same critiques of

plotting cosmetics for each approval presentation. The official sPHENIX style and macro will provide a starting point that will allow us to focus on the plot content, rather than presentation.
