Subject: [Sphenix-l] Fall 2024 collaboration meeting poll, take 2

Dear Collaborators,

 

Following further discussion, we have decided to increase the number of options for the Fall 2024 collaboration meeting, to be held at BNL prior to the PAC in mid-October (Zoom will be available).  As you will see, none of the options are ideal, but we feel that having meeting at the end of the run and before the PAC meeting is essential.
