Dear Collaborators,

As you all know, Run 24 has been extended by two weeks. Consequently, the
2024 PAC meeting was also moved from its original date on October 17/18. Our
planned collaboration meeting date of October 15/16 now falls right into the
last week of Au+Au data taking, which requires our full attention in
preparation for Run 25.

We are therefore proposing to move the collaboration meeting to later in the
year, to a date between early November and early December. The rescheduled
PAC meeting will likely take place in the 2nd week of December. We will send
out a survey to find the best new date for the collaboration meeting once the
PAC meeting date is settled.
