Dear Collaborations,

Following the General Meeting discussion in July and comments received after the meeting, Dennis has provided a draft of the proposed policy covering "Work in Progress" plots. This is derived from the ATLAS policy, with a few changes in the approval flow and extending the policy to postdocs. We would like to ask for any additional comments from the collaboration before we send the draft for a vote to the IB. Comments received before or at the General Meeting this week (where we will schedule a time slot for discussion) would be particularly useful.
