Dear Collaborators,

Many thanks to those of you who volunteered to join the sPHENIX (co-)SP
election committee! When discussing the composition of the committee, we felt
that adding the perspective of a junior member of the collaboration would be
beneficial. We would therefore like to encourage students and postdocs to
consider serving on this committee, which we plan to announce shortly.
