Dear sPHENIX Colleagues,

As mentioned during the 188th sPHENIX Fortnightly Meeting, the candidacy statements of the three pairs of candidates for co-spokespersons are now posted on the Indico page.

Dennis Perepelitsa (UC) & Anne Sickles (UIUC)
Megan Connors (GSU) & Jin Huang (BNL)
Stefan Bathe (Baruch CUNY) & Hugo Pereira Da Costa (LANL)

The three pairs of candidates for co-spokespersons will briefly discuss their candidacy statements and answer questions from the collaboration at the open IB meeting, which will take place during the collaboration meeting on December 13, 2025.

If you would like to submit questions in advance, you can use this link or send them to the SP election nomination committee.

All sPHENIX collaborators are encouraged to participate in the open IB meeting, ask questions during the meeting, or submit them in advance.
