Dear IB members, collaborators,

We would like to announce that a majority of the IB members has voted in favor of the proposed bylaws amendment for a sPHENIX Junior vote in the spokesperson elections, with the details as presented at the collaboration meeting. We therefore consider this amendment to be in effect for the election about to commence.
