Hi everyone,

The amendment to include sPHENIX junior representative votes in the spokesperson election has passed. As part of this, junior reps will cast their votes based on the results of a poll of juniors in the collaboration. To move forward, I need a list of emails for juniors eligible to participate in this poll. I have already sent out this Google form to the sphenix-juniors-l mailing list and the juniors Mattermost channel, but this doesn’t help if people aren’t subscribed to these.

If you are a sPHENIX junior, please fill out this form ASAP. If group leaders could forward this email to their groups, it would help speed up the process and I’d really appreciate it.
