Dear all,

The organizers agreed it is important to have an sPHENIX talk at Hot Quarks and will keep the submission portal open until this Friday, Jan 24. I hope that a few of our early career collaborators will be able to submit an abstract to present our exciting progress and results. This conference series is a great experience for early career scientists in our field. Please let me know if you have any questions about the conference.

Best,
-Megan

Hot Quarks 2025, 10th edition of the Workshop for Young Scientists on the Physics of Ultra-relativistic Nucleus-Nucleus Collisions (will be held in person in Hefei, China on May 11-17, the abstract deadline is today January 17 (possibly we can get an extension). The  workshop is geared to younger members of the Relativistic Heavy Ion community. More information is at https://indico.cern.ch/event/1467925/

This workshop is not coordinated by the Speakers Bureau and I encourage anyone interested to submit an abstract (after it is reviewed/approved by the relevant topical or detector group within the Collaboration).

Best Regards

Marzia
