Hello,

My name is Charles Hughes and I booked through maritz for my stay at the Westin for the APS conference there.

My issue is that I'm presenting at a workshop which starts on 03.14. This is the first day of my booking and indeed the day that I booked a flight to travel.

What can I do ?

Please let me know. I'm contacting ms. wilkerson since my response to ms. kinney's confirmation email indicated she was out of office.
