We have learned that the archives for many of our mailing lists are publicly accessible. Jin is working with ITD to change the settings. In the meantime, please be aware that any links sent via email may be accessible to the public. Therefore, in emails to the mailing list you should only share links to secured pages such as Indico where you can then more securely post zoom or google doc links. If zoom links were previously shared via email, you should consider updating to a new link to avoid interruptions or add password protection. Please let us know if you have any questions.
