Dear sPHENIX Collaborators,

You have one final chance to comment on the author list before the first papers come out. You can find the current version of the expanded author list here. This is what will be used for the first three physics papers. If you need to request any change to your name, your institution information, or to fix or add your ORCID, please do so by 12 noon BNL time on Tuesday, April 1. Remember that all authorship-related material can be found on the Authorship Committee's TWiki page.

It is no longer possible to add new authors for the first three physics papers, but the Authorship Committee will still consider new reports to add regular authors to future papers.

In the author list linked above, please verify the spelling of your name, accents, hyphens, and middle initials. And please check your ORCID. All of this information should appear exactly as you want it in the forthcoming papers. Ideally each author should check this for themself. Thanks!
