Dear sPHENIX collaborators attending QM,

We are looking into potential options for an sPHENIX group dinner at Frankfurt on Tuesday after the poster. To get a headcount and a list of emails of those who will be physically at QM please complete the form below by tomorrow, Sat. April 5. This will also be useful to know how many will be present for Sunday's pre-QM meeting and to gather for a photo at some point. We will be in touch with those that complete the form with additional details.
