Regardless of how long you have been around sPHENIX software, it is always a good check to make sure you can do all the things in the day 1 and 2 checklists that are linked to the indico page - that will also ensure you get the most out of the tutorial.

Hi all,

As suggested in the last General Meeting, we have organized a data analysis tutorial for Tuesday, May 6, during the usual software and simulation meeting time of 1 PM ET. An agenda is evolving below, but please mark the date and let anyone who may be interested know.

Take note of the materials already on the indico page to help you get started - for example, past recorded tutorials and wiki pages with lots of software/analysis information. If you are new to sPHENIX or our software, I strongly suggest taking a look at some of these before May 6 to help focus questions and discussion on analysis related topics.
