Dear all,

I just wanted to remind everyone that today (May 14) is the last day to register to present a poster at the RHIC/AGS annual users meeting (Poster session on Thursday May 22). This is a great opportunity especially for our juniors to showcase all the exciting work from sPHENIX. If you are at BNL and have a poster from QM, I strongly encourage you to register and present.

Register by May-14 at https://www.bnl.gov/rhicagsaum/postersession/

Prize for best student/post-doc poster presentation will be awarded on Friday, May 23, 2025. Winner will give a 10-minute flash talk.

The poster and all results included on the poster must be approved. New performance plots approved by your detector or topical group can be presented for approval at this Thursday's Pre GM/PC meeting or Friday's GM. Please email us if you plan to make such a presentation and need to be added to the agenda.
