Hi Jamie (and others),
Thanks for the comments. I have taken them (and the other comments I've received) into account and adjusted my slides accordingly.  The new version can be found at:
AUM Slides

I will have to upload them by the coffee break, but I still have a little time to make adjustments if someone finds a pressing issue.
Cheers,
Rosi

Hello Rosi (cc same),

Great talk!    Excited for this Au+Au run to finally start.

One comment is that on slide 6 you say that "Run 24 had limited physics weeks".    That is really not true and the run was even extended at our request.      Physics weeks implies what the machine delivered and that was great for pp.     It might come across as a criticism of C-AD, and the fact of longer commissioning (including gas change) for the TPC is a different matter.

Also, on the following slide, it says "We ran very efficiently post-commissioning" underneath of the Au+Au figure and thus could be read differently than intended.

Lastly, I just wanted to remind everyone that I believe we can already run Au+Au 200 GeV at 4-5 kHz DAQ rate with extremely low auto-recoveries in triggered mode.       Thus,  it is quite reasonable to expect that we can start taking physics data and then (potentially later) decide if we need changes to improve the situation.     It might be worth reminding people of this running configuration that we tested at the end of Run 24.

Sincerely,

Jamie

Hi All,
I've made the adjustments suggested from my practice talk, but I'm happy to have more suggestions for my talk tomorrow.  You can see the current draft at:
