Today is our regular magnet meeting at 1pm.

Topics:

- Shipping readiness, Paul
- Readiness in 912, Dave
- Testing plan for the magnet, Mike, Roberto

Next Tuesday at 4, we have to update the sPHENIX "Project Management 
Group," our internal review committee, about plans for testing the 
magnet, including some information on schedule and costs, so we should 
discuss today what we can have prepared by Monday evening to send them.
