sPHENIX discussion of the superconducting solenoid

Hello,

While the solenoid nears the Mexican border, let's meet as planned 
tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan 21 at 1pm in the SMD conference room to discuss:

- the magnet move
- preparation to receive it at BNL
- shipment of the remaining equipment
- the next force and field calculations needed

If we have time after all that, we can begin discussing what we might do 
in a high power test.

Hello,

Some of you have asked about a BaBar magnet meeting, but I would like to
wait for next week (Wednesday, Jan 21 at 1pm in the SMD conference room)
if that works for everyone.

By then, we are anticipating that the solenoid will be on the road--the
plan is to ship it this Friday, Jan 16, and Jim Mills and I are going to
SLAC to see it off and learn what we can from Mike Racine and others.
