Today's presentation files can be found at : https://indico.bnl.gov/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=1506

1.   People seem to like 1:30 pm rather than 1 pm.   If there is no objection, we can schedule our future meetings to start at 1:30 pm.
Please let me know (if there is objection).

2. I talked about the meeting that we had on Monday (Oct. 19) about the 912 Activities.   We get a window to do the 8-day field joint
probably towards the end of November.   Ilan Benzvi (from ERL) also kind of promised that if in Dec. or so, it's clear that the laser
replacement won't happen in Jan. (but Mar. ...), he'll try to find some window to allow us to do the low-field test.

3.  Ray Ceruti reported on the pressure test and the leak rates that he's found in different scenarios.  Roberto calculated and seemed
to conclude that if the leak doesn't become bigger more than 10 times during cool-down, we should be OK.    It's decided to go ahead
with the low-field test and see what happen to the leak during the low-field test before we think about whether we want to try to
fix this leak --- which might take a few months (as Ray commented).

4. We have also discussed about the schedule for various works ... Ray asked for scaffolding and Dave Phillips has promised to provide.
Ray said that a week from this Friday, he might be able to finish all the works he wants to do before  the Valve Box gets moved to the top
of the Magnet Cryostat (and he has other works to do at that position).     At about the same time, the Cryo can work on the connections
(though it's easier if the Valve Box is already at the top)  and Paul Giannotti/Sonny/Piyush work install the voltage taps.

I understand that the field-joint (with the modified pipeline) work can be done without the outer connections being finished first.

5. We've looked at Achim Franz's slides.   People were discussing about what exactly we should have on Achim's presentation, eg. whether
we should have more cost and schedule in Achim's slides, even more detailed than Jim Mills'.   Achim will approach Jim and Ed to get
clarification and guidance and he'll distribute his slides after he can organize better his slides and receive more information.

As I said, I won't be here in the next meeting Nov. 4.    Dave Phillips has agreed to be in charge of that.
