Hi Paul,

Have you heard anything about the modified pipeline arriving from Chicago ???  Could you please give some update ??   I've heard
nothing and I guess it's not arrived.

Since ERL gun has a serious problem and they are stopping "runs" (very soon) and will send the gun out for "cleaning",  so we can pretty
much run the low-field test whenever we are ready.  

Because of (1) the Thanksgiving holiday,
                  (2) the fact that Qiong Wu's group (who just has talked with me) wants to finish their small expt. in small VTF,
                  (3) our pipelines have not arrived yet,

it seems that for practical reason, Nov. 30 is probably still a good date for starting the field-joint work (using the modified pipeline).
I've just talked to Roberto and apparently we still have many connections/conduits to connect before we can start the low-field test.

And Piyush is on vacation in India until Nov. 23 and we need him, Sunny and Paul for making the electrical connections and set up
the DAQ system etc.

This is the status of the low-field test in my mind.   Now, we can't blame ERL any more ... it's totally our readiness or not :-)
