Agenda/powerpoint: https://indico.bnl.gov/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=1605

1.  Mike Rau has started working on the cable tray.  ( It's said that he might be waiting for a lift even though Dave just told me that
he showed him the two available lifts yesterday.  I hope the confusion will be sorted out soon. )

1.1 : Achim Franz said that he'll lay down his wires for his magnetic probes on the floor.

2.  There was a difficulty in finding the parts for the (4) linear potentiometers.  But since Ray Ceruti can tap the hole (screw threads),
Paul Giannotti now thinks that he's found the part --- very likely BaBar has tapped the hole themselves.

3.  Apparently, there is a slight delay in making the heat shield.  Mike Anerella and Ray have estimated that they should be available
     by ~Jan. 4, 2016.

4. Sheduling:

Kevin Smith (C-AD RF engineer) told us that he's scheduled to finish his testing on Dec. 18, 2015
=> If so, we can start warming up the system on that day (Friday)
=> On Dec. 21, we can cut the pipe and prepare and then wait for the welder
=> There is some competition for the welder (as they may be busy for CeC work as well).  The Cryo group
will try to find one as soon as possible, hopefully during one of the days during the last 7.5 works days
       in 2015 (Dec. 21 - Dec. 30).
=>  During all these time, Cryo and electrical cables/connections will be connected and hopefully, they can be
finished by Jan. 4.  Moreover, Piyush/Sonny/Joe will work on the DAQ and they'd like to test it in the warm condition
before the cool-down.   If all go well, we can schedule the walkthrough on that week.
=> After that, we can start the nitrogen cool-down which may not need 10 days (as ERL is not around).  Optimistically,
this cool-down could start on Jan. 11 (or even the Friday before).
=> In this optimistic scenario, after the He cool-down, we may have our low-field test on Jan. 20, 2015 (tentatively and
      optimistically).

5. There weren't too many issues raised in Tuesday's ESRC/ASSRC safety reviews (both of them C-AD safety committees).
Mostly, the committee members want the Valve Box and other exposed electrical or cryo connections to be covered up
to prevent people from accidentally touching them.  People also want to put up a noise sign (in case the relief valves make
any noise) and Mike Gaffney wants to check on the warm/cold piping when they're done.  ( M. Gaffney et. al. can check
the warm piping as soon as we do the welding etc. and hopefully, this may happen at the end of Dec. )

6. We postpone discussing the Cryo schemes in 1008 to next meeting when Ed, John et. al. may be around.

7. Next meeting will be on Dec. 23, 2015 (as people in the room think that it's OK).
