Agenda/powerpoint: https://indico.bnl.gov/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=1677

1.  We plan to have weekly meetings until we finish the low-field test.  So, the next meeting is next

2.  Owing to the fact that people are busy with other project(s) and RHIC startup (Cryo and PHENIX) and limited manpower, there is delay in our
     optimistic schedule.

  --- Paul Giannotti hasn't yet dealt with the strain gauges such that Ray Ceruti cannot close the doghouse.  Paul told me that he might try to do it even
        this evening ... but we ask him to definitely finish this by Jan. 15 (at the latest).
  --- The bayonet (at the platform) is being connected today and hopefully it'd be done and we'll have the overall leak check.
  --- Rich Meier may finish all his connection sometime next week (if not this Friday).  Rich's rack needs power too and D. Phillips
        is trying to figure out.
  --- Piyush/Sonny won't be able to bring their DAQ/Quench Detector Racks to 902 until Jan. 19, to then test and do the final setup in 902.
  --- The week of Jan. 18 is for the RHIC cool-down and so Brian Van Kuik and Pat Talty would not be able to finish writing/setting up the control
        software for the cool-down
       =>  Roberto estimated that we'll be able to start the cool-down on Jan. 27 ( 2016 !).

3 . Kin showed a quick analysis  (powerpoint available in the indico page) about the strain gauge measurement
during the rotation in Aug. 2015.  The plots don't really show great difference as if we just plot the voltage/resistance
of the strain gauge.   On the latter set of data (from 120 to 180 deg.), TS02 seemed to go bad.

4.  The two travellers ("pre-test inspection" and the "actual test") can be found :

5. Roberto would talk with Peter to probably make the item CK-04 (in ASSRC/ESRC checkoff list) doable (which said: "Direct flow from vacuum reliefs and pressure relief on valve box away from personnel that may be on platform).

Roberto also needs to finish the operation procedure for the cool-down which is an ATS item 8498.1.9 (from the PCSS review).

6.  It's discussed that we target "Jan. 22, 2016" to be the day for the safety walkthrough (ASSRC/ESRC).   We'll wait for a week before we try to schedule it.
