Attached is the HMI picture taken a few minutes ago.
Yesterday morning, Paul Orfin et. al. have spent some time to fix the pipelines/valves in the Cryo system next to our magnet. They’ve replaced a valve to make sure that it’d not have problem at high pressure (up to 75 PSIG) etc. The cool-down resumed around 2:30 pm … the temperature in the outlet now is ~268.7 K .
The insulating vacuum pressure ( ~5E-6 Torr) is < 1/3 of what it was at the beginning of the cool-down Thursday morning after 8 am.
