Hi,

I apologize if what I wrote this morning (below) somehow has made you feel that they just started working on the Power Supply
this morning  :-(       In fact, they've been working for quite a while already and they should finish by October (as Pablo has predicted).
What I have written was just my own naive observation ... and I don't go to EEA often (and probably go mostly in the evening or something ).

But it looks like that there >0 people who actually read what I've written !  Hmm ...

Hi,

Please see the picture of 3 techs working on our Power Supply in the East Experimental Area (EEA) of Bldg. 912 :

Often/sometimes, when I pass by the EEA, I see light on for the Power Supply with nobody around.  This morning,

after talking with Pablo and working back to my office, I saw 3 technicians (!) working on the Power Supply.   I just thought

about taking a picture.

Piyush has asked a couple times about this and this should show him what the power supply looks like.  ( To Piyush: EEA is the

area in 912 that I showed you a couple months ago that you could enter without a key.  )

To Paul Giannotti:  Pablo told me that he’d seen those diagrams that you sent us last week in a PDF file

(\\bnl\c-adnas\babar\Power Supply & Controls\Dump Resistor Connections.pdf) such that when he made

all the connections, he made use of the information in the BaBar documentation.

Special sPHENIX news reporter,

Kin
