Agenda/powerpoint presentations can be found : https://indico.bnl.gov/conferenceDisplay.py?confId=2388

1.   Because P. Wanderer needs to leave early, we talked about the HCAL steel requirement/purchase issues.   J. Mills has a page
of powerpoint slide included in the above indico page.

Basically, J. Mills and E. O'Brien are wondering whether we need to provide more specific information (rather than just "AISI 1006 Steel")
about the HCAL steel to the potential manufacturers.   Providing more information may give the manufacturers more flexibility and allow
them to give us better prices.

P. Wanderer commented and said that M. Anerella / G. Mahler may be the right fellows to consult with; he also thought that
we could also look at what STAR specify when they make the STAR magnet.   J. Mills  will send M. Anerella, G. Mahler
and P. Wanderer all the information and they'll take a look.

2.  P. Wanderer also told us that Brett Parker still thought that there wouldn't be an eddy current problem during a quench for the sPHENIX Magnet.
But to do a more detailed numerical analysis, he'll need to run some programs which will take months to complete.   I talked to Brett after the meeting
when I passed by his office.  Basically, he's just very busy with so many tasks.

3.  Roberto Than gave a presentation about the possible future Cryo system configurations.

--- When he talked about the requirement on slide 2, we have discussed and the consensus seemed that the requirement to be able to do testing in the assembly hall
(ie. outside the radiation shielding blocks) was not absolutely/really necessary.

--- Slide 4/5 represented a system that Roberto drafted a couple years ago.   Now for practical purpose, he's proposed a new system as shown on Slide 6/7.

--- Slide 7 is particularly for uses during the summer shutdown period.  If we'll want to take the magnet out of the IP into the assembly hall, the Cryo group will need
to move the "Ambient VAP or Heater"  and possibly cut some VJ lines.

--- On slide 8, Roberto also tried to explain to us the possibility of using IP4 or elens compressors (through all the pipelines), instead of installing the one currently
for ERL to somewhere in 1008.   There is a small risk that we might not be able to use the RHIC pipelines if there is some sort of repair works in RHIC etc.
       The compressor is roughly 4' x 4' x 6' --- ~6' being the height.

4.  During Roberto's discussion, people such as P. Giannotti, E. O'Brien and D. Lynch discussed quite a bit about the space and placement.   For example, Ed and Don
pointed out that we need to think about the crane movement relative to the top of the Magnet and where the crane should be parked such that the top of the Magnet
will not be in the way.

5.   It's said that P. Orfin will start to design and lay out the Cryo system and the cable trays  etc.   P. Giannotti will work with P. Orfin so that the power cables would be
     appropriately included.
