It’s said to make it easier for the reviewers (so that the reviewers won’t need to look at project files), a new format of Base of Estimate is created which

is now in MS Excel spreadsheet instead of MS Word though many features of Word have been kept.   After 1.5 days, I’ve largely based on

a template (with a little personal style) and converted our MS Project cost details (materials and labor) into a base-of-estimate document :

After the last 1.5 days, I’ll avoid looking at it again in the weekend (and even a bit beyond that hopefully …) J
