sPHENIX discussion of the superconducting solenoid

I attach the checklist due to the ASSRC/ESRC review : Checklist s-PHENIX7-11-17.docx.   I need to sign off on 9 of 12 items J

 

 

In the review and also in the above checkoff list, they ask for a “readiness checkoff”.   So, I’ve just made up one:

 

“Readness Checkoff list.docx” as attached.

 

 

There I put down ~12 items with the names to sign off.  The idea is that after you finish, you sign off.   ( I personally don’t

think that this is absolutely necessary but it’s their  “requirement” L  )   In some times, I’ve put down 2 names such that

either person may be able to sign off.

 

The idea is finish the checkoff list before the ASSRC/ESRC walk-through.   I also write at the top that signing off a particular

item doesn’t guarantee that there is no bug in the software (who can ?!)  nor prevent you from further changes/improvement.

 

Please let me know if you want to modify, add more details, you don’t think the names are appropriate etc. etc.
