Hi,

Attached is the survey group's (Matt Ilardo's) report on the difference of the Control Target positions on the Cryostat,
comparing the positions when the Cryostat was still down in the yellow frame (before being moved to the Steel Box)
and now.

It's possible that it may have something to with our changing the tie-rod operation from the "transportation" mode to
the "operation mode" (nominal).

You may probably want to read the differences in 8 control positions, rather than the max./min. as they are just max. or min.
for each individual columns (dX, dY, dZ and dMag) and dMag != sqrt(dX^2 + dY^2 + dZ^2) in the top table but
dMag = sqrt(dX^2 + dY^2 + dZ^2) in the table below :-)
