Kin,

Thanks to everyone moving forward to help us get this show on the road.

One small thought about the remaining carpentry that may or may not be 
feasible--what about building the remaining "deck" or platform on the 
floor (including hand rails and what not) on the floor and then rigging 
it into place?  Then it only needs  to be secured (if it even needs that).
