Hello Carter, Frank, Mike,

Sonny Dimaiuta (Superconducting Magnet Div.) needs to do another hypot test (and some electrical test) ~next week after Ray finishes the leak check.
{ He did similar tests a couple months ago when the Valvebox was not hooked up. } In the hypot test, he'd connect the either A(+) or B(-) lead at the
Valvebox (at the top platform) with the ground to detect leakage current.

So, please do NOT hook up the cables to the A and B leads of the Valvebox before Sonny does his hypot test.    [ Probably these leads can/should be the last
thing to connect anyway. ]    Sonny can't do the hypot test if the leads are already connected to our power supply.

There are still many MCM cables to connect and then we have to terminate them with lugs etc. Most likely you won't get to the A/B leads at the top platform
soon.   But I'm just writing this email instead of depending on "luck" (or randomness) :-)      Just in case ...

I'd let you know when Sonny finishes.
