Hello,
Soon after 8:30 am this morning, Tom Tallerico, Frank Toldo and Ray Ceruti all came on the floor just
underneath the Valvebox. Ray brought a young fellow from his Division (so that he may be able to
put it back in 2/3 years or so). I forgot to ask his name but he is in the picture attached.
All these are done according to the schedule mentioned below by Dave Phillips.

Hi Ray,
In this revised schedule, you have the luxury of Wed. or Thur. to prepare. Which day of next week will you do it ??
I ask because :
When Ray is going to prepare for Valvebox removal, I believe Ray would start removing something (without riggers).
This is also the crucial time that we need to record (with video/picture) what Ray does and collect whatever
he's taken apart.
So, Ray, can you let us know which day you'd use to prepare so that people like Frank Toldo/Tom Tallerico can work with you ??

1/29 Tuesday Morning: Rigging for removal of Cryo equipment & coax line
1/29 Tuesday Afternoon: Riggers set-up stand for Valvebox
1/30-31 Wed/Thurs: Ray to prep for Valvebox removal
2/1 Friday Morning: Remove Valvebox
2/4 Electricians remove all power & tray from top platform
2/5-7 Removal of top platform and return yoke top steel
Planned schedule for sPHENIX Magnet Valvebox removal:
1/30 Wednesday Morning: Rigging for removal of Cryo equipment & coax line
1/30 Wednesday Afternoon: Riggers set-up stand for Valvebox
1/31 Thursday: Ray to prep for Valvebox removal

Let me know if there issues with this schedule.
There are still cables that need to be removed before the Electricians can remove the cable trays on 2/4.
