sPHENIX discussion of the superconducting solenoid

Hi,

After the Cryo group (Paul and Roberto) asked the vendor (AET) for earlier delivery of some items (so that the Cryo may work with them next summer),
the vendor breaks down the payments more finely and the BNL procurement agrees.   Last week, with Irina, R. Gutta and Glenn, we included the schedule and
payments into the P6 (baseline). 

P. Bernath just sent me the contract (after I asked him yesterday).  I put it here :

11 payments have become 24 payments but the total is the same : $1,565,660.35.

[  I've added the those 24 payments to verify that the sum is correct :-)  ]

PS: I noticed in this PDF version, the vendor has not signed yet.  But the payment schedule is vendor's proposal  :-)

I understand that Paul Orfin and Roberto Than negotiated with AET and they got new schedule (including payments).  We actually put in the new schedule iNto P6.

 

Did you make a new contract ?  If so, can you send it to me, please ?
