Hi,
Thanks a million, Frank !!
This is the continuation of the tracking (like UPS or FedEX 😊 ) for the Valvebox panel/heat-shield/screws/o-rings in 1008 trailer. So everybody knows 😊 [ Jim and I were worried that we might lose them if they were left on the floor in 912 during the scaffolding rebuild and later welding business etc. ]
Ray told me that the two handles that he made was in one of the A or B boxes.

Gentle Men,
I now have the 2 boxes of hardware and gaskets along with the 2 heat shields and 2 valve box covers located in our office trailer at 1008 safe and sound.

Hi,
Franks is in 912 dealing with the HCAL stuff. He’s agreed to take all those panels/heat-shield/box (screws/o-rings) to his trailer in the usual spot.

Hi,
So, it’s not just me. Jim is worrying too … I’m trying to get in touch with Frank so that maybe, he can agree to take all those stuff to the 1008 trailers where other sPHENIX Magnet stuff are stored.

Hi guys,
Given that we have lost stuff in B912 in the past when we were trying to set-up for the high-field test. Is there a way we could move the material sitting below the scaffold to an area where it is locked up? I am worried about losing the hardware or having the covers accidently thrown out. How full is your office Kin? :-)
Thanks, Jim

Good Morning All,
As per Brian Streckenbach I’ve moved the two valve box doors, related parts / hardware off the scaffold and placed underneath the valve box. Each side is labeled and should be out of the way to accommodate the repositioning of the new scaffold.
Regards, Ray
